본 정책은 TEMAN: Universities In Seoul(이하 '서비스') 이용자가 아동 및 청소년을 학대하거나 착취하는 콘텐츠를 생성, 업로드 또는 배포하는 것을 엄격히 금지하며, 안전한 커뮤니티 환경을 조성하기 위해 마련되었습니다.
This policy strictly prohibits users of TEMAN: Universities In Seoul (hereinafter 'the Service') from creating, uploading, or distributing content that abuses or exploits children and adolescents, and is designed to create a safe community environment.
1 아동 위험 행위 및 콘텐츠 금지 Prohibition of Acts and Content Endangering Children
본 서비스는 아동을 위험에 빠뜨리는 다음의 모든 행위를 금지하며, 발견 시 즉시 콘텐츠 삭제 및 계정 영구 정지 조치를 취합니다:
- 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM): 아동 성적 학대를 묘사, 장려 또는 홍보하는 모든 이미지, 비디오, 텍스트.
- 부적절한 상호작용: 아동을 대상으로 한 부적절한 신체 접촉 유도나 성적인 대화.
- 아동 그루밍: 성적 접촉이나 이미지 교환을 목적으로 온라인 또는 오프라인에서 아동에게 접근하여 친분을 쌓는 행위.
- 성착취(Sextortion): 아동의 친밀한 이미지를 유포하겠다고 협박하거나 금품을 요구하는 행위.
- 아동 인신매매: 상업적 성착취를 목적으로 아동을 광고하거나 권유하는 행위.
The Service prohibits all of the following acts that put children at risk, and will take immediate action to delete content and permanently suspend accounts upon discovery:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any images, videos, or text that depict, encourage, or promote child sexual abuse.
- Inappropriate Interaction: Inducing inappropriate physical contact or sexual conversation targeting children.
- Child Grooming: Approaching children online or offline to build intimacy for the purpose of sexual contact or image exchange.
- Sextortion: Threatening to distribute intimate images of children or demanding money or goods.
- Child Trafficking: Advertising or soliciting children for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation.
2 부적절한 콘텐츠 제한 Restrictions on Inappropriate Content
본 서비스는 대학생 커뮤니티로서 아동에게 어필할 수 있는 요소를 포함할 수 있으나, 다음의 성인용 테마는 허용하지 않습니다:
- 과도한 폭력, 혈흔, 고어(Gore) 장면이 포함된 콘텐츠.
- 해롭거나 위험한 활동을 묘사하거나 권장하는 행위.
- 성형 수술, 체중 감량 등 신체 외모에 대한 부정적인 신체 이미지를 조장하는 콘텐츠.
As a university student community, the Service may include elements that appeal to children, but does not allow the following adult themes:
- Content containing excessive violence, blood, or gore scenes.
- Acts that depict or encourage harmful or dangerous activities.
- Content that promotes a negative body image, such as plastic surgery or weight loss for the purpose of physical appearance.
3 앱 내 신고 및 피드백 메커니즘 In-app Reporting and Feedback Mechanism
이용자는 서비스 내에 마련된 신고 기능을 통해 부적절한 콘텐츠나 사용자를 즉시 제보할 수 있습니다. 제보된 내용은 운영팀에 의해 우선적으로 검토되며, 아동 안전과 관련된 사안은 최우선적으로 처리됩니다.
Users can immediately report inappropriate content or users through the reporting function provided in the service. Reported content is reviewed by the operations team with priority, and matters related to child safety are handled with the highest priority.
4 법적 준수 및 외부 보고 Legal Compliance and External Reporting
CSAM 조치: 실제 지식을 바탕으로 확인된 아동 성적 학대물(CSAM)은 관련 법령 및 서비스 표준에 따라 즉시 삭제됩니다.
기관 보고: 본 서비스는 아동 성적 학대물이나 위험 상황을 인지할 경우, 실종학대아동국립센터(NCMEC) 또는 해당 지역의 관련 사법 기관에 즉시 보고합니다.
CSAM Measures: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) identified based on actual knowledge is immediately deleted in accordance with relevant laws and service standards.
Agency Reporting: The Service immediately reports instances of child sexual abuse material or dangerous situations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local law enforcement agencies.
5 아동 안전 전담 연락처 Dedicated Contact for Child Safety
Google Play의 알림을 수신하고 아동 안전 정책 집행 및 검토 절차에 대해 답변할 수 있는 전담 담당자는 다음과 같습니다: The dedicated contact person who can receive notifications from Google Play and answer questions about child safety policy enforcement and review procedures is as follows:
